It’s true that these Indian Ocean Islands are known for tranquility, beauty and charm. But did you know that you can also experience Seychelles adventures? The very mountains and ocean that hold the secret to your relaxation is also the key to the adventures that await you on this magical island.

A host of adventures beckon you to experience them from snorkelling to deep sea fishing, sailing and scuba diving. And for activities on dry land, zip lining and rock climbing.  

When you are surrounded by water, then the activities need to match that. And what better way than to explore the life under the sea with a pair of flippers and snorkels? Or, grab a fishing rod and hop aboard a deep sea fishing boat. And for true adventure, try your hand at windsurfing or surfing. All the islands offer excellent conditions for wave breaks which guests can surf at any level while clear and warm waters make the Seychelles perfect for windsurfing. If you are looking for stronger winds, head out there from May-September although it’s possible to windsurf all year round.

Of course, if you prefer to stay dry then zip lining or rock climbing will be just the ticket! The icebreaker, or the top of the mountain, is a series of zip lines passing over and through the canopy of trees in the forest covering the hillsides of Ephelia. These offer the most spectacular views over the bay, and a series of breathtaking journeys.

But of course, there are so many other Seychelles adventures which you can choose from when on the exciting island of paradise! Take your pick of motorized or non-motorized sport or cruise the ocean on a 15 meter yacht. Take on one of the many nature trails and then cool off in the turquoise ocean which is an adventure in itself.
